At the beginning of the year, my Language Arts teacher told the class: "We're going to ISTE, somehow. I'll make it happen." ISTE....what's ISTE? I had no idea when she first told us, so I completely didn't worry about it, or even think about it. Until a month ago. We walked into the classroom and we were told, "I put in my proposal about why we should go to ISTE, and we have been accepted!!" She launched into how this was a big deal, we're the first class from Yuma to go....she was very excited. Me? Eh. I still don't see what the big deal is. I'm probably a horrible student for being like that, but it doesn't seem very exciting to me.
The other part of the blog prompt was to talk about what we think our roles are going to be when we go to ISTE.  Personally, I think I will be talking to everyone about who we are, what we're presenting....I'm going to be the spokesperson.

I think you would be a great spokesperson. You should be more excited though!
